Founded by 22 year old Jennifer Harvey, Muse Beauty Bar was created with one goal in mind: to help every client feel confident, pampered, and their most radiant self. Jennie began her beauty journey with a deep passion for enhancing natural beauty through detail-focused care. After earning her cosmetology license in April 2024 and her lash certification in October 2024, she opened Muse Beauty Bar in Westfield, MA, located inside The Mill at Crane Pond, a creative hub full of local talent. From natural lash lifts to full, glamorous extensions, each service is customized to your features and lifestyle. At Muse, it’s more than just lashes, it’s about creating an experience where you can relax, unwind, and leave feeling empowered. Whether you’re a first-time client or a regular, I’m honored to be part of your beauty routine.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Muse Beauty Bar, I truly value your time as well as my own. To provide the best experience possible for every guest, I kindly ask that you respect the cancellation policy. — If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. — Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge fee. — If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the schedule, and full services or results cannot be guaranteed. — If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a “No Show”. — “No Shows” (missing your appointment without any notice), will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
